Alexander Minogue-Stone
Co-founder
Alex has been playing football for as long as he can remember, from kickabouts as a kid to competitive matches later on. A devoted Arsenal fan, co-founding xG Leagues was just another way for him to share that love of the sport with others.
Alex can also be found playing for his Sunday team Sparta Finchley FC.
Ash Spencer
Co-founder
Ash plays regular 5, 6, or 7 a-side football on a weekly basis. Enthusiastic about encouraging adults and children into playing sports, he plays tennis regularly alongside his full-time job coaching and running Lemon Pickleball.

Callum Conway-Shaw
Co-founder
Callum has been involved in grassroots football for years, both on and off the pitch. Passionate about making the game more accessible, he co-founded xG Leagues to give the Kentish Town community a place to play, compete, and connect through football.
Callum can also be found playing for YouTube side 5ive Guys FC and his Sunday team Sparta Finchley FC.
Our Story
xG Leagues was born from a simple idea: create a place where football is open to everyone. What started as a conversation between three friends who love the game has grown into a community hub for players across Kentish Town and beyond.
Currently based at the newly refurbished 3G pitch at Beacon High School, we aimed to transform a local facility into more than just a place to play. Our goal was to build a space where people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds could come together, enjoy the game, and feel part of something bigger.
Football has always been about more than just winning matches – it’s about connection, fitness, inclusivity, and fun. At xG Leagues, we’re proud to carry those values forward while making high-quality football more accessible to the local community.

⚽ Pitch Hire – Affordable 6-a-side and 9-a-side pitch bookings on our refurbished 3G surface at Beacon High School.
🏆 Leagues – Weekly men’s and women’s competitions, designed to be welcoming, competitive, and well-run.
🥇 Tournaments – One-off and seasonal competitions for teams who want to test themselves and play for silverware.
🎉 Parties & Events – Football-themed birthday parties, team socials, and bespoke events for groups of all ages.
👥 Community Football – Space for local schools, youth groups, and casual teams to train and play.
